Brief activity overview:

Description:

The Scouts will be hiking on defined walking tracks around Lake Parramatta. Drop off is adjacent to 94 North Rocks Road and finishing at Hazel Ryan Oval on Whitbread Place (plenty of parking for parents to pick-up). The hike is approximately 5km and suitable for beginner level
hikers.

Wear:

• Scout shirt and scarf
• comfortable pants
• comfortable closed in shoes

Bring:

Day pack containing:-

• water bottle (minimum 1L)
• head torch/torch
• raincoat
•
